Discrimination against Chinese people. We arrived at the hotel to check in on the afternoon of the 17th. A lady at the front desk kept talking to us using Google Translate instead of speaking English directly to us. I don't understand why she did that (before that, we had asked another man at the front desk next door about the shuttle bus in English, so it was obvious that we could speak English). Then the lady assigned us to a room next to the elevator on the lower floor, which was very noisy.
